Watchmen (Graphic Novel) | Review

librarianreadseverything:

Watchmen set the standard for future graphic novels. It stands out for the complexity of morals of its main characters. It doesn’t rely only on the comic book panel but mixes in hard text. What was really interesting was its use of parallel storylines, providing depth without length of novel. It really brought forward some difficult questions and showed the struggles of the protagonists to answer them. So much existed in the gray zone.
